We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached. A 15% restocking fee applies to ball gowns and ranchera gowns due to inspection and cleaning; damas dresses, madrina dresses, and wraps are not subject to this fee.

No — once a gown has been hemmed or altered to your measurements in our fitting room, it cannot be returned or resold, since the alteration is specific to your body.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, please contact us as soon as possible — we cannot guarantee changes once alterations have begun.

Yes. Every gown we sell can be fitted and altered in-store at our Federal Heights boutique. We recommend booking your fitting appointment as early as possible, especially during peak quinceañera season.

How do I order matching dresses for my whole damas court?

How should I care for my gown after the event?

Accepted Answer

Most gowns should be professionally dry-cleaned rather than machine washed, due to the beading, tulle, and appliqué work. Store your gown on a padded hanger in a breathable garment bag, out of direct sunlight, to keep colors and beading from deteriorating.

Do you sell crowns, tiaras, or other accessories?

No — we focus exclusively on gowns and garments: ball gowns, ranchera gowns, damas and madrina dresses, and boleros and rebozo wraps. We do not sell crowns, jewelry, bouquets, or party decor.
