If you book an in-store fitting appointment, we may also collect the date and time you prefer, your event date, and notes about sizing or alterations you share with our fitting staff.

We also collect browsing information automatically, such as the pages you visit, the products and collections you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location based on IP address, and how long you spend on our site. This information helps us understand which gowns and accessories our customers are most interested in and helps us keep our site running smoothly.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your gown, dress, or accessory order; to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications; to schedule and confirm in-store fitting and alteration appointments; to respond to customer service inquiries about sizing, colors, or event timelines; and to improve our website, product selection, and the overall shopping experience. When you book an in-store fitting appointment, our seamstresses may record measurements, alteration notes, and event-date reminders specific to your gown. This information is kept in a secured, access-controlled system used only by our fitting staff and is never shared outside of Amys Creations LLC except as required to fulfill your order or comply with the law.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our site does not currently respond differently based on Do Not Track settings, though we honor the cookie and opt-out preferences described elsewhere in this policy.
